Use the check-in stations in the Gathering Café.

Bring your clubber to the Worship Center.

Meet your clubber at their dismissal area at 5:00 p.m.

Find your club

Select your child’s club for the weekly book plan and parent expectations.

What should my child bring?
  • Read or discuss the assigned section before club
  • Practice the memory verse together
  • Bring the club book, Bible, uniform, and water bottle
  • Wear shoes and clothes that work for game time
How does Together We Move work?

Each club follows a weekly schedule so children can complete one handbook during the year. If your child misses a night, follow the current schedule. They may make up earlier verses at another time.

The goal: more time for leaders to disciple children during small group.

Preschool

Handbook plan

  • Read the two “Dear Parents” pages at the beginning of the book.
  • Follow the weekly schedule sent home with your child.
  • Each Bear Hug includes a Cubbie Bear story, a Bible story, and a memory verse.

Before club

  • Read the assigned Bear Hug to your child.
  • Practice the memory verse together.

Your child should arrive ready to say the assigned verse.

Sparks
Kindergarten–2nd grade

Handbook groups

  • Kindergarten: HangGlider
  • 1st grade: WingRunner
  • 2nd grade: SkyStormer

Before club

  • Read the “Dear Parent” pages at the beginning of the handbook.
  • Read the assigned section with your child.
  • Practice the “You Say It!” verse together.

Use the section color, number, and sub-number on the weekly schedule to find the correct lesson.

Truth and Training
3rd–6th grade

Each handbook section

  • Start Here and Explore
  • Memorize and Review Verse
  • Mission: Pray & Go!
  • Optional Silver and Gold Extra Credit

Before club

  • Read “Hey, Parents” at the beginning of the book.
  • Discuss the assigned section with your child.
  • Practice the memory verse and review verse.

Treat T&T like a Bible study. Clubbers should come prepared to participate.

6th–8th grade

Trek directions

This space is ready for Trek’s meeting location, grade placement, schedule, and leader information.

Weekly preparation

Add Trek’s assigned lesson, Bible study expectations, and what students should bring each week.
